Achievement Period:
A time period during which a Team Member personal and/or downline group activity is measured for the purpose of maintenance, advancement or commissions. VITAMIST's present Achievement Period is one calendar month, except when the last day of a calendar month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holiday. In these cases, the Achievement Period is extended, for purposes of bonuses and commission qualification, to the first business day of the month.
Distributor:
Any person authorized by the company to distribute VitaMist products. Distributorship may granted or revoked by the comapny.
First Level:
All Team Members directly recruited by you. Also known as your Frontline.
Leg:
A leg is a branch of the organization that begins with you. When you help a person join as a new Team Member to your first level, they are considered to be the beginning of a leg.
Level:
Each layer of Independent Distributors in an organization (Leg). The first level, also referred to as the Frontline, is made up of your personally sponsored Distributors.
Personal Volume:
The total of all products purchased from VITAMIST in any given Achievement Period. Sales Aids and Merchandise products are not included in calculating Personal Volume.
Point:
In determining your qualifications for personal volume each product is given a point value. All VitaMist and Slender Mist products carry a value of one point. Super Cal-Pro and CardioMAX products have a value of two points.
Sponsor:
A Distributor who recommends a friend as a new Independent Distributor. If approved, the new Distributor becomes a Team Member and is part of the Sponsor’s first level Downline and Frontline. The Sponsor is contractually, morally and ethically bound to train the Team Member and assist in growing their business.
Success Line:
Is also known as Downline. Your Success Line is the Team Members personally sponsored by you, and all the Team Members they sponsor, and all the Team Members below them, etc.
Example: You sponsor Steve, who sponsors Cindy, who sponsors Jim. All these Team Members are in your Success Line (Downline).
Team Member:
Team Member is the first stage of VITAMIST Distributorship. Team Members are trained by their Sponsor and are prepared for management. Team Members order products at 20% off suggested retail.
