No-Spam Policy
OUR ANTI-SPAMMING POLICY
Internet users do not like unsolicited junk e-mail. "Spam" is a term referring to broadcasting of unsolicited junk e-mail. Unwanted e-mail messages block up the Internet's bandwidth and increase costs to service providers; they generate additional long-distance charges for some users when they have to retrieve the messages; and they are sometimes nothing more than illegal electronic scams.
The Distribution Network of America forbids the use of any unsolicited commercial email also known as Spam.
DNA has enacted strict policies with respect to spamming and other abusive behaviors. DNA’s policy makes it expressly clear that we will not tolerate the use of spamming or other similarly abusive behavior. Under DNA’s policy, Independent Team Members who are caught spamming and who persist in the mass distribution of unsolicited e-mail messages will be immediately suspended and/or their membership will be terminated and forfeit any and all bonuses owed and in holding at that time.
In addition, all Independent Team Members are expected to comply with the CAN-SPAM law.
