Compensation Plan Details - infinity pool information

How pools are defined *:

  1. The platinum pool is 3% of all commissionable value generated from commissionable product sold at generation 4 or lower.
  2. The Opal pool is 3% of all commissionable value generated from commissionable product sold at generation 5 or lower.
  3. The Ruby pool is 3% of all commissionable value generated from commissionable product sold at generation 6 or lower.
  4. The Emerald pool is 3% of all commissionable value generated from commissionable product sold at generation 7 or lower.
  5. The Diamond pool is 3% of all commissionable value generated from commissionable product sold at generation 8 or lower.

Participation in pools by title:

Each participating title (Platinum through diamond) participates in its own 3% pool as well as all pools for lower level titles.

Pro-rating each 3% pool:

Each qualified member in the ancestor listing of a member who generates a commissionable value (CV) is assigned a temporary generation number. This number starts at 1 for the topmost person in the ancestor listing and increases by one (1) for every successive qualified member who is participating in the 3% pool for that CV amount.

Each participant in the pool receives a number of shares of the pool equal to his temporary generation number. To find the number of shares the pool is broken up into, simply add each successive temporary generation number.

For example, if there are 3 people who are qualified to participate in a given 3% pool, the first person (the top) would receive one share, the second person would receive two shares, and the third person would receive three shares.

To find the share value, divide 3% of the commissionable value by the number of shares.

For example, using the following chart:

If the Commissionable Value was $4050.00, the 3% pool would have a total value of $121.50, and each share would be worth $20.25.

This would mean that member A would receive $20.25, member B would receive $40.50, and member C would receive $60.75.

Qualifications to participate in the 3% pools:

  1. Meet basic qualifications to receive commissions (earn 3 or more PV each month)
  2. Meet qualifications to be paid as Gold
    1. earn 10 PV each month
    2. earn 300 or more GV in your first 3 levels of downline.
  3. Meet qualifications for title
    1. For platinum, you must have 2 qualified legs with at least one paid as gold distributor in them on any generation.
    2. For Opal, you must have 3 qualified legs with at least one paid as gold distributor in them on any generation.
    3. For Ruby, you must have 4 qualified legs with at least one paid as gold distributor in them on any generation.
    4. For Emerald, you must have 5 qualified legs with at least one paid as gold distributor in them on any generation.
    5. For Diamond, you must have 6 qualified legs with at least one paid as gold distributor in them on any generation.

* The money used to generate the infinity pools is based on a maximum of $9.96 per commisionable product sold in your organization.
